Job description:

• To actively participate and coordinate in the formation of the organization's strategic planning;

• Assess and analyze market trends and market competition;

• Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies, tracking and monitoring the progress of action plans;

• Cooperate with relevant structural units to ensure integration and implementation of strategic plans;

• Risk reduction strategies, creation of a risk model and financial analysis and organization of unified reporting;

• Making recommendations on risk assessment and minimization, submitting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the management on the implemented measures and their results.

Employee requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, economics. (Major degree - master's degree in MBA, etc. is preferred);

• 2 years of experience in strategic planning and corporate risk management;

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;

• High level of communication skills;

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment;

• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, regulatory environments and sectoral trends.

Additional notes on the employee:

• Education level: Higher education

• Experience period: Minimum 2 years

• Language skills: Russian and English are desirable.

Work schedule: 1-5 days, 09:00-18:00.
